What's included
- A 45-minute live consult on Google Meet — recorded so you can revisit it.
- A full intake covering your eating patterns, sleep, hydration, cravings, training, and what's tripped you up before. Nothing generic.
- Specific, actionable advice mapped to your life — not a PDF meal plan you'll never look at again. You'll leave with a clear next 2–3 weeks.
- Cronometer setup — the same nutrition-tracking app I use with every full-program client. So when we follow up, we're looking at real data, not estimates.
- The option to book follow-ups at any cadence (every 1, 2, or 3 weeks — your pick) for ongoing accountability and adjustments. Same $90 per follow-up.
What's not included
This is a focused advisory tier — not the full coaching program. So:

How it works
- DM me on Instagram (@mannymajola) and say you'd like to book a consult.
- I'll send you a Stripe link for $90 and a link to my calendar — pick whichever time works best for you.
- You'll set up Cronometer before we meet (I'll send instructions — takes 10 minutes).
- You'll fill out a quick intake form so we don't waste session time on basics.
- We meet on Google Meet for 45 minutes. I'll review your intake, ask the questions that matter, and give you a clear plan for the next few weeks.
- After the call, you decide what's next: a follow-up in 1, 2, or 3 weeks, or nothing — completely your call.
If you want the full program
The consult tier is a starting point. If after our session you want the full Manny Majola Coaching program — Mon–Fri WhatsApp access, a weekly call, the full nutrition curriculum, optional strength programming, the works — here's the deal:
If you upgrade within 30 days of your first consult, the $90 you paid comes off the first month of the full program. No strings; just a fair credit for the time you've already invested.
The full program is a 6-month minimum commitment, $3,000 USD (nutrition only) or $4,000 USD (nutrition + strength programming). Most of my clients renew for another 6 months when their first round wraps.
Who you're working with
I'm Manny — full name Mandlalele Majola — a nutritionist based in Phuket, Thailand, working with around 20 one-on-one clients globally at any given time. Two distinct populations:
- Working professionals, parents, and people who want lasting change — about three quarters of my book.
- Professional combat athletes — Muay Thai, MMA, Bare Knuckle Boxing — competing in One Championship, Bare Knuckle Boxing, and Road to UFC. Some of them have title defenses on the line.
Before nutrition, I was a full-time Brazilian jiu-jitsu coach and competitor. The athletic side of the practice isn't theoretical for me — I've cut weight, made weight, and watched what bad nutrition does to performance.
I'm currently certified through the Layne Norton "Elite Nutritionist" program, and the work I do is grounded in peer-reviewed research, not whatever's trending on TikTok. No detox protocols. No "cheat days." No 10kg-in-30-days promises. Sustainable change, real food, evidence-based.

Common questions
Is the $90 refundable? +
If you cancel more than 24 hours before our scheduled call, yes — full refund. Inside 24 hours, no. (Life happens; we can usually reschedule once.)
What if I'm not local to Phuket? +
Doesn't matter. The full program runs globally and the consult tier is the same — Google Meet works anywhere with a connection. Most of my clients are international.
Do I need to be tracking food already? +
No. You'll set up Cronometer before our call (I'll send instructions; it takes about 10 minutes). You don't need to have logged anything before we meet — we'll talk through your eating patterns in the consult.
What if I want to do a consult, then disappear for a few months, then come back? +
Fine. The tier is intentionally low-commitment. Book another consult any time.
Can the consult tier work for me if I have a medical condition or a history with disordered eating? +
For chronic health conditions, yes — but I'll ask for medical clearance from your GP before we start. For eating-disorder histories, also yes, with the same GP-clearance requirement. Both are non-negotiable for your safety.
What's the difference between this and the full $3,000 program? +
The consult tier is advisory — sessions and follow-ups, no ongoing daily support. The full program is coaching — Mon–Fri WhatsApp access, a weekly call, the full nutrition curriculum, and (optionally) strength programming. Different products for different stages.
