Who you're working with.
I'm Manny. Five years coaching nutrition. Based in Phuket — a global Muay Thai mecca that draws fighters from everywhere. It's also where a lot of busy professionals land when they come for a reset and start building real momentum on their health and fitness.

Cancel more than 24 hours before the call: full refund. Inside 24 hours: no refund, but I'll reschedule once for free.
I'm not in Phuket. Does this still work? +
Yes. Most of my clients are international. Google Meet works wherever you are.
Do I need to be tracking food before the call? +
No. You'll set up Cronometer the day before — takes 10 minutes. Even one day of data is more useful than none.
I have a medical condition or eating-disorder history. Is this for me? +
Yes — but I'll need a one-line clearance from your GP before we start. For your safety. Non-negotiable.
I'm on a GLP-1 (Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy). Is the consult right for me? +
Yes. GLP-1s solve the calorie-deficit problem; they don't tell you what to eat or how to keep muscle while you lose weight. A consult is a sensible way to figure out what your nutrition should look like alongside the medication — without committing to a 6-month coaching engagement. No judgment about the medication.
